Member Societies

To maximise its outreach, EANM closely collaborates with National Societies all over Europe, and Affiliated Societies all over the world.

National Societies

Membership as a National Society is free of charge. Approval from the EANM Board and endorsement by the EANM Delegates’ Assembly are required to become an EANM National Society. The criteria for eligibility are specified in § 7 of the EANM Statutes.

Each National Society is invited to appoint a National Delegate and Deputy for a term of four years to maintain consistent representation. EANM National Delegates convene twice a year with the EANM Board at the Delegates’ Assembly. These meetings are pivotal for discussing mutual interests, fostering potential collaborations, and acting as bridges between national activities and the broader European agenda.

Affiliated Societies

National Societies from outside the scope of the Council of Europe are encouraged to participate in EANM’s activities by becoming ‘Affiliated Societies’.
