Whether you are an experienced professional or just starting your career, there are various ways to get involved:

EANM Committees

  • Join one of our Committees and contribute to the scientific pillars of our association by developing publications, the scientific programme of our Annual Congress, educational activities, and other initiatives.
  • In the form, make sure to indicate your Committee(s) of interest by selecting those which resonate most with your field of expertise!

  • Join one of our Councils to share your expertise and advise the EANM Board on strategic aspects of overarching topics.

Education Council

The EANM is currently reorganising its education section and will launch a new Education Council in January 2026. The EANM Education Council will focus on 4 key areas: Regular Nuclear Medicine Training, Accreditation, Focused Training, and Soft Skills Training. 

One position is already open for applications. Successful candidates will begin their term of office in January 2026. 

ACCREDITATION OFFICER

Deadline: November 4, 2024 (23:59 CEST)

Description: The EANM Educational Council is looking for an Accreditation Officer to:

  • Collaborate with the ESMIT team to coordinate CME-accreditation activities
  • Conduct in-depth research on CME accreditation across Europe, focusing on Nuclear Medicine
  • Identify the needs of the community, as well as current gaps and opportunities, to drive informed decision-making
  • Seek out new opportunities to broaden the scope of CME accreditation currently undertaken by ESMIT 
  • Take the initiative to propose innovative solutions that better answer the evolving needs of the Nuclear Medicine community regarding CME accreditation
  • Investigate other accreditation types that may benefit the community and develop strategies for how ESMIT can effectively cater to these needs

Eligibility:

According to §6.6. of the EANM Statutes, you must be an EANM member in good standing, residing in a country represented in the Delegates’ Assembly. Please note that Council members cannot hold other official EANM positions (e.g., Committee member).
