Description

What you’ll do:

As an EANM Social Media Ambassador, you’ll team up with our Communications Team to promote EANM events and projects, share educational materials, and will give a behind-the-scenes look at life in nuclear medicine! This role runs from March 2025 to December 2025, with a chance to extend.

Your mission:

  • Hype up EANM events: Share application info and live updates about our events (e.g., EANM Annual Congress, ESMIT courses and webinars, EANM Focus Meeting, Young Investigators’ Meeting etc).
  • Share highlights & throwbacks: Capture and share your favourite moments, insights, and reflections as a participant.
  • Showcase your nuclear medicine life: Give followers a glimpse into your day-to-day as a nuclear medicine student/professional. Create content that we will then reshare on our platforms.
  • Post weekly: Produce content at least once a week to engage with your network and the medical community.

What you’ll need:

  • Social media skills: You’re familiar and comfortable with creating and managing engaging content.
  • Social media outreach: You have a substantial follower base with over 500 followers.
  • Passion for nuclear medicine: Whether you’re studying, working, or have a background in nuclear medicine, we want you on the team!
  • Active on social media: Use Instagram, LinkedIn, and/or TikTok (one platform minimum required). If you would like to use another platform, please mention it when you apply.
  • Stay in touch: Work with the EANM Communications Team and share/repost content weekly (at least one post/week).
  • Open profile: Your social profiles should stay public from March to December 2025.
  • Professional content: As a scientific, non-political, and non-religious organisation, the EANM requires ambassadors to keep posts politically neutral and avoid industry-specific endorsements.

Perks of joining:

  • Free registration for the EANM’25 congress in Barcelona (Spain) and special invitation to the exclusive Presidential Reception during the congress.
  • Professional headshot taken by our official photographers during the congress.
  • Visibility and recognition on the EANM’s social platforms (over 25,000 followers!), website, and newsletters.
  • Networking opportunities.
  • Social media and communications skills development.
  • Certificate of achievement as an EANM Social Media Ambassador.
